The check-in and check-out dates indicated on the reservation must be respected. It is not allowed to arrive before the check-in date or to fail to vacate the apartment on the day of departure. The apartment must be left in a reasonably clean condition. Do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when you are away (air conditioning, stovetop, etc.). In case of breakage or malfunction, please notify us immediately. Windows and doors must be closed when you are not present. All amenities are provided for your comfort. Please use them normally and respectfully. Any theft or damage may be charged. Wi-Fi access is included. Illegal use (illegal downloads, etc.) is prohibited. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused during their stay. A security deposit may be retained in the event of non-compliance with these regulations. A seasonal rental agreement will need to be signed upon your arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host
